If the goods you have ordered are in stock and ordered before 3.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank/Public Holidays) we aim to dispatch the same day by FIRST CLASS post. Over 98% of all orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days (Mon – Fri), although please allow up to 5 working days. If delays occur then we will contact you well in advance to explain the situation. Orders stating 'Dispatch Time 24-48 hours' are if products are in stock and are not special order, e.g 15m HDMI cables would be deemed special orders.

Next Day Delivery via Interlink Direct, DHL, CityLink is usually received the next working day provided the order is placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday. (subject to stock availability) |

All items come with an invoice from Optic Audio Ltd. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of smaller packages up to 4000g (4Kg) and Parcel Force, DHL, CityLink for items that weigh over 4000g (4Kg). Items over 4000g (4Kg) are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48/72 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. We offer "Free UK delivery on orders over £75 (for orders that do not exceed 4kg) subject to terms & conditions. |
